We had issues with the aircon in the master bedroom where around 2 or 3 in the morning our room would get very warm and the beds were not that comfortable. They have dispenser units in the showers gor prodducts and the one in the master bathroom didn’t have Conditioner upon our arrival and was never refilled during our stay. Apart from this the noise was a real problem for us. We stayed on a 10th floor and the sound of cars and motorcycles revving at all hours of the night left us without a good nights sleep while we stayed at the property.

The hotel is beautiful but the residence I stayed is not sound proof that I couldn't sleep till after 5am due to street noise loud sport cars engines, sirens, music, horns. The rooftop was very unsafe way over crowded trying to walk between people is like tying to walk between rain drops, God forbid if there is an emergency evacuation there is no way out from the 40th floor and would be totally devastating. The bar very poor service when I had to wait 20 min and didn't get served so I just walked out mainly for my own safety with so many people in a small place.
