This was my third stay at the Hilton Miami Dadeland and again the young lady named Kristen at the Front desk reception was exceptional. She is immediately very friendly & welcoming and always very capable. One of the young associates who should be appreciated by Hilton and promoted to encourage a long and successful career with the company.

King size bed, very comfortable and clean. The Kendall area is quiet and yet 20-25 minutes to downtown Miami. Very nice hotel. The table 55 restaurant was good.

The lobby is beautiful! Great first impression however that is where it stopped. When we first entered the room it was warm and dank. I adjusted the fan which helped, however the A/C cuts off continuously. While awake and in the middle of the night leaving us hot and sweaty while sleeping. Neither of the bedside lamps worked. WiFi is not complimentary but is given to Hilton honors members which we are but when attempting to connect to the WiFi the only option given was to sign up rather than sign in making connecting the WiFi very annoying. The shower is nice enough with good water pressure but it leaks right out onto the floor leaving us no choice but to use the towels to soak up the water. When we requested more towels we did not receive them, I had to make a second request the next morning. Neither of the bedside lamps worked. If given the option I would not stay here again.

I experience an inconvinient the first night, someone knock on my door many times and I reported it. The manager of that day said she wrote a report. Two days later something very similar happened and the man was more persistent telling me to open the door that he saw that I was in there, I honestly felt very unsafe. I reach out to see a man that was wearing the similar uniform to the hotel staff, but why will he be knocking the door repeatedly when I told him that he was confused. I reported it again and the woman on the front desk told me that I was delusional, that I was making everything up and that there was no report from the other night. She also mentioned that there were no cameras on the bedroom aisle, that is terrible and unacceptable. honestly it was my first time at the Hilton that I experience something like this, I felt very unsafe and they didn't help me, only expedia helped me.. so thank you expedia.
