Parking was nil, front desk had poor attitude when i called, bathroom was unclean, ice machine down, no coffe for the keurig, a/c never moved after adjusting temp, tp didn't seem to be updated from previous guest.

It is very nice hotel where I have stayed more than 5 times everytime I come to Miami for shopping and to concerts at the Kaseya’s Center. It is located in a very beautiful place right in front of Bayside and you can walk to go shopping and walk to the Kaseya’s Center to go to your concert. The hotel is very clean and their staff is very nice.

Welcoming of weary travelers.

The reason for the stars is because the staff was so helpful and accommodating when our flight experienced multiple delays. The check-in process was seamless once we arrived and the staff was very kind.

How can you run a hotel in Miami in August when it’s 110 outside without air conditioning, I’m going to pile on with the other hundreds of complaints about no AC in this hotel for what appears to have been now 2 months, I will say the hotel was clean and I had issues with it being dirty or smelly, the check in was easy and very quick, if they get the AC fixed I will definitely stay here again, I found very safe and walkable to Bayside Marketplace and some really good restaurants, there is free train you can use to get around like 500 feet away, please fix the air conditioning
