Since the moment you walked to the hotel, all you hear is people complaining with the manager. The front desk people are very nice. Therefore, you have to pay hotel resource after that you don’t even get an umbrella you have to pay for the umbrella you get only two chairs per. this is not the best place to stay if you wanna avoid complaints go to a different hotel.

Was here all week for a conference. Was clear some staff members could not manage the intensity of multiple guests arriving at once, so many check-in mistakes were made. However, room key issues I raised with the manager were quickly fully resolved after several failed attempts by front desk staff. Ideally located 5min walk from the miami conference centre and all teh fun of Collins Ave.

I went for a quick birthday trip with my mother. Found the staff to be friendly and helpful, just not when it comes ot changing room:) Had a nice stay and would definitely stay here again.

Terrace/balcony whatever they want to call it had no privacy. Faces the cafe so we were unable to sit outside and enjoy the room fully . No natural light either. No accommodations when they said they would try to get us a new room. No good customer service. Shower head kept dripping all night so that was bothersome. One light for the whole room which is near the door and then two little lamps with terrible lighting. I would not stay here again. Close to the beach but there’s closer for better for sure.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. The pool area was beautiful with excellent views of the city. The property does not have a fitness facility which was the only disappointment. Overall excellent.
