I stayed here for 3 nights and let me tell you, there’s no way they can claim they are a 5 star property. I gave them a chance but I will be switching right back to luxury marriot brands. My initial reaction was positive. The employees are kind and the lobby was beautiful. It smelled amazing. The location was very convenient in the downtown area - right by the water and next to many restaurants. Let’s get to the room. The positives would include the nice sized balcony. The first room I was in unfortunately wasn’t water view - unless by water they mean the pool. The room had a decent sized closet as well. Negatives - the pillows were so flat and uncomfortable and I was tossing and turning all nights. There was no body wash, only bar soap. It’s 2025 and this is supposedly a luxury hotel… they need to upgrade the bedding and body care. I had some bigger issues my second night. There was this terrible sewage smell coming from my bathroom. It was so bad I had to request to move. Once I moved I finally had a view of the water - but the room had major issues. It was not cleaned properly - there was an eyelash in the shower! The shower leaked everywhere as well. My water and cable went out when I was trying to watch a movie. The water eventually came back on but the cable never did. They sent up an engineer who told me they could not fix it. I was not happy about this. Upon checkout I voiced my disappointment and they offered nothing to me. THIS HOTEL IS NOT IT.

The hotel is very nice in the lobby and rlevator areas. The people in the reception are OK, Thy dont try to assist, just doing their job The bathtoom amenities are terrible. No shampoo ot bath gel. Cleaning is fone if you ask forv it. They dont vlwar, they just arrange the room and put new towels

Check- in could have been better, room was not ready at 4pm and I was supposed to get a text when it was ready but never did, waited over an hour before checking back and they said it had been ready. A across the board. Staff is very friendly the property is pet friendly and very clean & well kept. The room service was great. Just a heads up with the room key don’t let it near your cell phone or it will mess with it and you can’t get on the elevator. Other than that this is my new go to hotel for staying in Miami

You make a reservation and when you arrive they don't have the requested beds, nor do they make the effort for people to stay. If they put on the website that it is a room with a King bed, make sure when the client arrives, that room is available, so no, do not make it available
