This was a stay booked for my brothers birthday. I called the majestic the day of arrival around 12:30 confirming and was cut off by the clerk who answered male several times room not ready room not ready and I only wanted to ask if there was something special I could add for his birthday. He said No really nasty and I felt like my request were dismissed. There really ought to be a level of respect fo customers who help to keep your employees jobs. The weather was crappy and no one had any suggestions do the poor guy!! No pool.

Location is excellent. Food is good but the rooms are just okay. We had a king size room that needs LOTS of renovation. It’s humid and old and needs to be painted, curtains are old and the air conditioning cover was broken. We only stayed one night bc we were there to get on a cruise

If you have a late flight and need late check out they won’t offer you that so you can either pay for another night like we did or be kicked out to the street and we had our daughter with us.

Yes room was old decor. Noisy and old Aircondition could smell filter. There was no hotel WiFi at all. Reception not intrested to help. Could do better with the good location and very high price. Chech-in area very tight looks like hole in the wall. Ocean restaurant doing much better than Magestic Hotel.
