It has a full kitchen with dishwasher. Dinner ware, utensils, full knife set, full size refrigerator. Rain shower. Descent size. Great bed. Balcony with a side view of Biscayne Bay. Samsung TV... Bad: bedside stand looks to be the cheapest available. I guess if you have to replace it often, cheap is the way. All furniture showed damage. But, that aside, it was an awesome stay with excellent service by text. Host was kind and responsive throughout. The process is very easy. It would have been nice to know that there was a rear entrance to the parking garage away from the busy front street.

Overall no problems. Cute property, smooth check in, beautiful room and view. But they get 3 stars off for lying about the poolside bar, a big selling point that I, my wife and many other tenants were looking forward to when I spoke to them at the pool. This should be easy to change, and you should be motivated to do so with how many people must have pointed it out by now. If you change your description of the property to be accurate, I will change my review to 5 stars.

This place was actually so nice for the location and price. I got a king double room and it was so big for just two people. The view was beautiful. I was scared at first because it’s not your usual hotel communication style but honestly it was way more quicker and easier to get in contact with management than your regular hotel. I had an issue with the sink and they fixed it the next morning. The room and bathroom were clean and the pool has an amazing view of the pier. 10/10 honestly.

Host was very attentive and brought over an iron when I asked for it. We were also allowed to check-in earlier as requested. Unit was close to a lot of restaurants. The view was beautiful and the pool and included parking was very convenient.

This property is not only beautiful and clean but it has the best location. You are steps from endless restaurant options and Coco Walk but far enough that it is peaceful. Also about a 10 minute drive to Key Biscayne to enjoy a beach day. 10/10

Excellent location and free parking. Shared balcony with some worn dirty cloth divider. Good luck on getting good and quiet next door neighbors which wasn't our. case. Lots of maintenance and drilling noises during the day so if you are looking for a quiet stay, this might not be the place for you.
