I liked that the rooms were clean and they changed the bedding and towels for us daily. I also liked the balcony and the view from the room. Although, there is no microwave in the rooms.

I arrived for my 4pm check in on 4/16/2025 and my room was not ready. I didn't get my room key until around 7pm. The front desk held my bag and I left to go get some food but I really wanted access to my room to freshen up. This was around 4:45 pmthat I arrived.

Property is good.. rooms are big but bathrooms are too compact. Also, complementory drink during happy hours is just for name sake... restaurant staff just shows disinterest when you ask for complementory drink. They just offer vodka with lot of water and say this is only option for complementory. Its just a way of attraction. Pool is really good though but it always falls shprt of bath towels around pool area and we had to rush to the room for towels

Cute little place with nice pool! Balcony was great and the room was ok. In room safe did not lock, phone did not work and exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work either. Room service did not do very good with cleaning the room and we didn't even have a big mess.

What began as a great trip with my cousin ended with bed bug bites and the staff of this establishment threatening to call the police on us and eventually doing so. While we received a refund, nothing can repay us for the pain we’re still experiencing after being attacked by bed bugs and having little to no kindness, fast action and understanding shown to us by the hotel staff. After being lied to and having our refund rejected over the phone, we were forced to go there in person only to have to wait for a receipt that never came. We were also told the manager would be there and there was no manager on duty. Only after we were run off by a threat of police presence did we receive our receipt. There’s no way to fully put into words the distress we experienced after having to leave our room in the middle of the night and wash loads of laundry until 5am. All I’ll say is I hope no one ever stays at this hotel. The service was poor, their systems are broken. Additionally, this place is a noisy club for teens where hotel stayers can’t even call an uber without complication. This was a mistake that we’ll never repeat. I hope this place swiftly goes out of business.

Not the best service. When I first got there, I noticed a dirty sheet so I called to request new sheets. I had to contact the front desk 3 times about clean sheets. I didn't get clean sheets until about 3/4hrs later. The next day I had to contact the front desk twice about getting my room cleaned for that day. No one showed up until between 4-5p. The waterfront restaurant played loud music Tuesday night until a bit after midnight. I couldn't sleep, so I called the front desk. He mentioned they should have been closed, and said I can call the cops. Unfinished shower ceiling. It looked bad. The lobster dish was very tasteful. My balcony room was great. Nice and accommodating desk staff.

Good for our one day prior to out cruise

The hotel was nicely situated in a beautiful bay. The restaurant was nice and picturesque. The rooms were good but you can tell it's an older building, the pool was nice.
