Very poor condition of room and hotel.
AC was missing one side filter and other side was extremely dirty that air wouldn’t flow.
Towels were not provided by Housekeeping. They will take towels away but not keep new ones. You have to go to lobby and bring towels if they are available.
TV was not working. Some power sockets were not working.
Coffee machine was missing parts so you couldn’t use it.
Coffee in the lobby was worst, smell like dirty water and test like sewage. There was machine where you can buy fancy coffee but that was bad too.
Juice was not juice but Flavored water with lots of sugar on it. Milk and Juice were kept in a plastic pot that looked dirty.
There was water puddle right outside of my room for entirety of my stay.
Iron was not working, iron board was only metal frame.
Bedsheet and linen were dirty, had spots and my comforter had wear and tears.
Quality of people was also not great.
Staff was helpful but thats doesn’t help when overall quality of hotel is worst.
