Hotel adequate for a business trip near airport. Initially planned to say overall clean but then a roach crawled across the head of bed as I was packing to leave day 2 (quick overnight stay). We told front desk and they simply said tell Expedia. Shuttle was “full” so had to pay and wait a while for an uber. Only 2 towels in room for a party of 5. Had difficulty getting extra sheets. Kleenex box had one tissu with the blue line that shows box is empty. It is a busy destination on Friday night before cruises leave in am. Will likely look elsewhere for this price in future. Will say majority of staff friendly and breakfast while just ok was refilled promptly (buffet)

Smelly and dark.

The elevator and the room both smelled musty and like mildew. There was no safe in the room. The design of the bathroom made it almost, almost impossible to pass through the open the door while in the bathroom. You almost had to climb into the shower to get out of the bathroom. The front room was very dark in the day time. Not enough lighting!

Not a cheap hotel amd misleading amenities. Says there is a restaurant but it's really just some bar snacks. And it's posted to be open from 4:30 to 6:00 but didnt even open until 6:00 and then I had to ask the front desk to call someone to come. Will not stay here again.

Shuttle never came, worthless bar tender

Called 6 times from the airport for their shuttle. Every time was told it would be 15 minutes...standing there with 4 kids, after 1 1/2 hours finally called an Uber. Standard Springhill Suites. Nothing in walking distance. If you try to get apps from the bar, bar tender could care less about service won't lift his head to acknowledge customers standing waiting. If you speak English the staff will not understand or be able to respond to your questions. No pool towels. The noon checkout was nice. Back patio overlooking lake was nice although employees standing back there smoking.

Very comfortable.

My family traveled to Miami a few days before our cruise. Beds were super comfortable. Room had a pull out couch for one child. Only thing I didn’t care for was the sink was outside the bathroom area. I would have preferred a fully enclosed bathroom space. Buffet breakfast was fantastic
