I chose this hotel for its proximity to my Doctor, and according to the advertisements the shuttle provided to the hospital. It was upsetting to find this not to be true. Other than this, I found everything to be clean, staff friendly and accommodating and a wonderful breakfast buffet was served. Juan was particularly helpful on many occasions, and It was appreciated!
