Holy Cow!! The check in was phenomenal! The agent was so nice. We had our flight canceled so needed to get a room. It was only 10 AM and we thought we would have to wait until 3:00 to check in. He put us in a room right then. So helpful. Fantastic experience!!

When we went to check in, after a confirmed reservation we were told there were no rooms available. We ended up sleeping on a couch in the lobby with bright lights and loud music. They did give us breakfast and snacks.

Unable to cancel room after multiple attempts. Most disappointing with both the hotel and hotels.com. If an error in dates occurs, and is noticed with in the hour of the reservation being made, it should be allowed to move the dates. This hotel was unwilling to make that change after early and multiple efforts. Michael and the management wouldnt accomidste even when the cirrect date was booked through Marriott. This is not in keeping with Marriotts highh standard of customer service. I will not be using hotels.com in the future.

The staff went above and beyond, they were so helpful and amazing! The only reason I gave it three stars, is the bed was so loud that every time you rolled over the other person would wake up, and the air condition unit was right next to the bed and blew on our faces all night. We both had sore throats the next morning.

The breakfast was great. We missed it by 10 minutes and there was a blonde employee who was cleaning up and she went out of her way to go in the back and get us breakfast. When we got back to our room she had given us everything along with apples and yougurt. She was the best.
