Prior to our arrival date we received several emails and text messages to confirm our reservation. Each time we tried to respond the link either did not work - or it was in Spanish. We tried calling and 3 possible published numbers did not work. We even called Hotels.com and their representative was not able to make contact with hotel either. Thankfully it worked out . However it was a bit frustrating to not know if we had a hotel that night - especially since the area had a major sports event and lots of hotels were sold out .

The room was clean and neat. The only problem I had was the traffic noise. I was in room 4, which was located by the front office and close to the street. Great value though!

The room was nice. I tried to call ahead to let them know our flight had been delayed and only got a voicemail that was all in Spanish, with no option for English. Once we arrived, the desk person only spoke Spanish, but we checked in without incedent. Over all, our stay was fine.

This is a MOTEL not hotel. Pictures are very deceiving. Tried two separate rooms and the AC is terrible. Room was damp and sheet felt moist. Mold in some rooms, floor was slick for dampness.
