Have stayed here before and everything was excellent. Not anymore. Hair everywhere on the floor in the bathroom, crumbs under the table, stains on the couch and chairs and kitchen is beat up. Definitely it what one would expect from a 5 star hotel. Disappointed by staff who did nothing to satisfy unhappy guests. E-mail went unanswered yet the bill arrived right on time. Save your money and go somewhere else - there are so many hotels that offer much better service.

The property was lovely and takes up basically a whole city block. The finishes are fresh and modern. The common areas are really nice. It’s a little strange that the front door of the property doesn’t open automatically and there is a little bit of an issue in the pick up drop off area because drivers have to make a U-turn but it’s not clear to an Uber driver where to come. The family pool is packed and they don’t really monitor how people save their seats so starting as soon as the pool opens in the morning, people have magazines laying on chairs next to the pool and then they don’t come down for hours. The beach staff was lovely and the service was really good, we Ran up big checks every day we were there, including the second day when we invited friends of ours to spend the day with us and ran up $1000 Beach check lol. My room had some maintenance issues when I arrived, the safe did not work, and there was missing artwork and expose nails in the wall, when I first contacted the front desk and maintenance to make these repairs, they gave me a little bit of a hard time Saying that I needed to wait in my room for maintenance to come, which wasn’t an option for me, as we were only there for three days. Generally a good hotel but very disappointed in our room. Sold as oceanfront. On the 4 th floor so actually a pool view and palm trees pretty much blocking even ocean view. Hotel did offer some monetary compensation. In room dining food was not up to par. Dinner was good in the Grove. Getting vhairs at the pool was difficult. Need a better system. Not turned over quickly enough.. Balcony furniture not clean. Extra toilet paper holder was empty when needed in middle of night.

Excellent hotel in a great location.

Excellent hotel, ideal location, good facilities, friendly and attentive staff, some nice add on activities, restaurant very good and competitively priced. A couple of slightly negative comments are; the pool is too small for the size of the hotel and was very crowded at times and too many corporate types conducting their business affairs in areas where people were trying to enjoy their vacation.

We stayed in one of the poolside bungalows and loved it! Although there is no direct ocean view it was so convenient not having to trek up and down the elevator, etc.! Staff and food were also excellent all around. We hope to return soon!
