The staff behind the desk was wonderful and helpful. M Expedia was terrible, I will never use third party booking again. No rooms were available and Expedia did not respond to the Candlewood staff to let us know we did not have a room. The Candlewood staff helped us find accommodations at another motel. Candlewood 5 stars Expedia 0 stars (negative if possible)

Confusion at the desk about my reservation - wrong credit card # (not my card) on the sign in sheet. Room A/C inoperable except for “fan on”. Hot water at sink was a string width - room 215. No breakfast - thought it was provided, but obviously I was wrong. Definitely a lesser experience.

I never got to stay. They had no electricity and they wanted me to pay twice for 1 night, with no electricity. The front desk clerk was very rude. I understand the pressure she was dealing with but you are suppose to be decent to customers regardless. I was not rude to her. So i left and found another hotel.
