You could tell the property was quite old, deteriorating and not what the rating of 'excellent' was online. In addition, we had to pay extra for breakfast when making the reservations. On Wednesday of our stay, the sit down breakfast was nice...on Thursday, the breakfast was a low level continental. If we would have known this, we would not have paid extra for the breakfasts

Not worth the money you pay for!!

First, checked in with being told the hotel charges $50 a day for incidentals not $25 like advertised on hotels.com, they did remedy but still a pain. Ice machines never full, hotel run down needing upgrades. Hot tub dirty visible mold. Paid for breakfast, but seriously should have been included given the quality for price. Beds comfortable, but daughter found ants on day of checkout.

Needs to be updated and a super clean

The staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful and professional. This hotel is run down, bathtubs were dirty (where you put your feet to take a shower). We got our first room when we arrived, asked to switch because the tub was very dirty. The new rooms bathtub was a little better. Bed super comfortable, but over things like carpet, walls, doors windows were run down . No fans in the shower area so humidity in the room.

Pillows and sheets were definitely not clean- could tell by the stains and the extreme wrinkles. I think as so uncomfortable but we were only there one night for a funeral that weekend- kind of unfortunate to have that experience for this kind of a trip. Also, there were kids just running around on the first floor wildly. And a random desk chair sitting in the hall. Nobody gave a care, clearly. I’d never come back. Saw someone else post about dirty pillows too, yet they rated the hotel stay 3 or 4 stars. This needs to be changed to a 1-star hotel.

Found the staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. However they need to update their social media. Had a full restaurant and a bar but not open except for breakfast. 6-9. No free continental breakfast. Most restaurants have at least coffee out all the time. Not here. Only 6-9. However you have kurigs in your room. For breakfast one could order off the menu or have a full breakfast $16. I used Expedia for the first time and the price was good. Probably why no breakfast included. Some people got coupons for free breakfast. It didn’t matter to me cuz I usually can’t eat what they have for continental breakfasts due to no healthy options. Yes I would stay here again.

The staff were absolutely fantastic to me and my girlfriend. It was our long awaited getaway for the weekend. we were in the area for a concert and enjoyed everything about our interactions with the staff. we were however, disappointed at the lack of attention our room got from house keeping. We came back from a day out exploring downtown milwaulkee and found that our room had not been tended to. we asked on three different occasions from our phone to front desk to send up new linens so we can freshen up the room ourselves and they never came, neither did the extra towels we requested. Its not enough for us to say we would never return because we loved our time in the hotel it was just quite disappointing.
