An individual attempted breaking down our door to gain entry. The fire alarm continously went off all night. Buckets were catching water when it hadn't begun raining. We checked out early and fiund orher lodging to be safe

The first night, entered room and it was lowly dimmed, the room was not clean, it had a sticky and dusty undertone to it. About two hours later, some teens/kids pulled the fire alarm several times in about a 20-30 minute timeframe. Because of the alarms being tampered with, the alarms went off all night until the next morning around 11am. The manager told a group of us that we would not get a refund due to a fire alarm. Another patron and myself called the fire department as the front desk did not call and nor did patrons get a call or notice about the fire alarms; so there was frequent concern, waking up, leaving the room, and going to the lobby due to the fear of it actually being a fire or wiring concern.

Bad experience

Shower knob cap broke off when I turned water on. The bathroom door knob was not probably secured. The room coffee maker had remains from the last guest that was never cleaned out. Water was pouring in from the ceiling in the front lobby.

The first night my a/c wasn’t working and they didn’t come fix it until I complained about it the second time and then my second night the fire alarm was going off from 9:30pm until I checked out at 7am and the employees and manager could have cared less. Bed was pretty comfy and the breakfast was decent.

It rained really bad during my stay. It was a ton of buckets for roof leaking. Fire alarm kept going off that night along with the phones kept ringing. Not a good stay.

Boring basic food, pool was empty which was nice but the water was cloudy and not very warm. The room i was given was not the room i booked. I booked a double queen bed and lets just say those beds were NOT queens. The amount of dust in the room was disgusting.

The second night we stayed the fire alarms in our room continues to go off for most of the night. I do understand there was a bad storm I just wish there was a battery we could have pulled to prevent the alarm going off most the night. There was an Indian women working the front desk who was amazing. Nice and helpful.

Other than the fire alarm that a kid had pulled around 6pm and the front desk person not knowing how to shut it off or what to do it wasn’t bad. My bf had to show them how to turn it off. And talk to the fire fighters. But then the storm had come and knocked the power out causing it to again go off.

Not so Comfort-able

My stay there wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best either. Every time I came down to the lobby someone was complaining about there room. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, it kind of gave "wipe it down". The fire alarms kept going off which really pissed a lot of people off including myself. I didn’t eat the food and didn't sleep in the bed because the fire alarm kept going off. 4/10
