First room i was assogned wasn't cleaned at all. Second room has sticky floors from the wetjet mop, dust, and cobwebs in the corners. The front desk clerk was accommodating and professional. The bed was comfey and the linens were soft.

The room was clean and comfortable. When it comes to the bathroom. It was disgusting. Hair all over the tub. Clumps of hair on the shower shelf with half used bottles of shampoo and conditioner.

No one at the counter no towels or soap. The lady had to come from another place to check me in. After realizing I had no towels I went to the front desk to ask for some. Gone, no one at the counter again. When I got up this morning to speak to someone, guess what? No on at the counter and breakfast area was dark, at 7AM. This place was a joke, and i will be canceling my credit card transaction.

I could not give an excellent rating due to dark entrance, not welcoming at sll. The staff was super accomodating and our room was completly remodeled and in excellant condition. Rooms are small but decorated nicely with new furniture.

You only get room service once a week, there was no light over the bathroom sink which was in the corner of the bedroom, no Kleenex, no employee on the premises at night.I had to go to the front desk to get more towels. No hangers, no iron or ironing board. The pool is closed because the new owners don't want to be bothered with it. Dont waste your time or money on this place.

Do not stay.

Bed was a full size not a queen bed as described. Bathtub had dark hair around it and a dirty film inside the entire bottom. We couldn’t shower for the two days we stayed. Sheets were also dirty and stained . We were not offered an upgrade & we appeared to be the only guests that weekend as the parking lot was empty. Pool is closed.
