We checked in 5/31/25 around 5:00pm. It took 10-15 minutes before someone came to check us in. Got checked in went to the room to shower and didnt have enough towels. I called the front desk and they said they would bring some NEVER came. Went to the desk around 9:45pm and the lady says they are out of face towels. Wake up to the fire alarm going off had to evacuate the building. No one let us know what was going on are was it safe to return to our rooms once the alarm went off. My wife and kids were very upset because we didn’t know if it was safe for our kids. All around bad service.

Excellent sitting in the lobby area, excellent breakfast and breakfast area, very nice pool, great staff and friendly too. My only complaint was the room was a little tight and I was very surprised there was no microwave which was a disappointment because I often bring half my meal home and heat it later and I couldn't.

Hotel very clean, it’s not close to Destin, it’s a 25 minute drive. Beach is not close. Closest beach it’s a 15 min drive. The pool at the hotel it’s super small.

Perfect hotel for family vacation - all that you need. Great location - short drive to Destin public beach, walking distance to many shops and restaurants, plenty of parking, friendly stuff, clean pool. Breakfast fit the expectation of an American hotel chain, but could be improved.
