Westwinds at the Resort! This one bedroom beachside condo is located in the most prestigious location at the Resort - Westwinds. You will enjoy gulf views and salty breezes from the balcony. All the amenities of Westwinds are yours - the tropical pool (seasonally heated), tiki bar with poolside food and beverages, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness room, and dedicated beach access. Parking is a snap! You can catch the tram to the Baytowne Wharf which offers boutique shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. There is no need to leave the resort - it is all here!

With 715 square feet, this third floor beach front condo sleeps four guests. Perfect for a small family, a few friends or a couple looking for a few days in the sun. Our cheerful living area is spacious and newly furnished with a sleeper sofa and chaise lounge, an HDTV, and access to the balcony with new relaxing outdoor seating. Our fully stocked kitchen has been recently updated with new appliances and granite countertops.

The bedroom suite is designed with comfort in mind, and offers a king bed with a new mattress, a dresser, generous closet space, an HDTV and a comfy chair. The adjoining bathroom offers a double vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer, keyless front door entry, and wifi is complimentary.

We give this location 5 stars! For a relaxing vacation experience away from it all, spend a little time in our beach side condo at #4720 Westwinds, the Resort.

Great views. Great communication with host. The place was really cute and clean. Couch was very worn and not comfortable, pressure on shower was so strong you almost couldn’t stand under it, toilet paper holder was loose and wouldn’t hold toilet paper.

The beach view was partially obstructed by a palm tree at our level 3 so somewhat disappointed about the view of the ocean, however, please leave the tree-it is pretty. Our biggest gripe was that the hot tub was not functioning properly. We were advised by maintenance that a new heater was ordered, but we never were able to enjoy this feature during the entire stay. The room was very clean. Our host, Betty was exceptionally attentive and in communication with us whenever we needed. The pool was very nice, clean and easily available.

Check In was very easy. The Kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean when we arrived. The condo was very nice and spacious for a one bedroom unit. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The views of the beach and pool area were excellent. The owner of the property kept in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was clean and to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that is looking for a nice place to stay in Destin, FLA.

Perfect for relaxing get away

Condo was clean annd exactly as pictured/described in listing. Balcony was great anytime of day with view of ocean. Loved easy access to pool and hot tub and the private beach was enjoyable. This was a perfect place for us to unwind and recharge. The Westwinds property is impressive. We would definitely return.

Nice property in Sandestin resort

The grounds around the Westwinds building in the Sandestin resort were beautiful and well kept. Our specific unit was in dire need of general maintenance and it really needed a good cleaning. Would stay again at the property but not this unit.

We have stayed in several units in Westwinds ant SandDestin and none of them disappointed us! This one bedroom condo was perfect for our quick get away. Clean, well stocked, and great views. Also easy access to pool and beach! Manager Betty was a peach and very helpful! We will keep coming back every year!

Wonderful Rental

BabyMoon Getaway

My husband and I Originally booked a place in Santa Rosa and learned when we got there the elevator was broken.. we were on the 4th floor and I’m 8 months pregnant. We called the property manager (Debbie) she’s was wonderful! She quickly found a solution. She offered us a discount or we could be moved to another location in SanDestin. We took the latter and was very pleased! The new property manager “Bette” stepped in quick and sent out checkin info for the new place at Southwinds. It was gorgeous, clean, and beachfront. While it started off disappointing, it turned out to be perfect all thanks to Debbie and Bette! So, if you see a listing with Beach Blue, take it! They are awesome!!
