We arrived the evening of Monday, January 3rd. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and nice. She helped us get our room open by offering to accompany us. The hotel was very clean, in the inside and outside, and we would definitely want to stay here again!
My spouse and I would have appreciated the common courtesy of not having the cleaning team knock on our door after 9am when checkout is at 12pm. On Friday, we arrived from out of town to prepare for a birthday celebration. That Saturday,
we arrived late back to the hotel. We have never stayed at a hotel that knocks before checkout. Maybe slide a printed sheet underneath the door, but never knock. Also, when we returned from breakfast, we could not access ourcroom anymore.Once again, it wasn't even time for checkout. Just a bit more tactful would be appreciated.
My room could’ve been a lot cleaner but my issue was with the housekeeper on the morning of checkout. She was knocking on my door trying to get into my room at 9:23 am. When I politely declined, she asked me if I had a late checkout. I told her that checkout was at noon not 9:30 am and suggested she stop trying to get into rooms this early. I do NOT appreciate being woken up by housekeeping. I was traveling on business and planned to sleep in today. This was unacceptable.
They double charged me and then it took four separate occasions of calling the hotel to even get a hold of a manager that would refund me. Each time they said a manager would call me and never did. It took two weeks to finally talk to a manager and they were rude, interrupted me, and not kind. I was honestly surprised by how bad the service was. I would not recommend staying here.
It was amazing and Lawrence the desk clerk was absolutely incredible he asked every day he saw me is your room ok is there anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable let me know great customer service
