First time staying in Fairhope picked this property for the quant appeal. Staff there were amazing and accommodating. Rooms are going through a refresh, so some minor issues but very clean.

I thought the Inn was really great for the money we spent! My kids loved the pool and the breakfast was just like any other hotel breakfast. Our room was clean and staff was nice! We will come and stay again!

The room furniture was really outdated. The sitting chair and ottoman in the room had rips in it. When we entered the room we was hit with a funky odor. I really think it was coming from that chair in the room. It needs to be thrown out.

Cute Cape cod look, clean rooms, comfortable beds . Right off main thoroughfare, shopping and food within easy walking distance, excellent breakfast too! Staff friendly and helpful. Property is being renovated, so expect even pretier rooms.

Attention to Details

Very nice property with attention to tiny details. For instance there is a tiny light in the switch by the entrance door. When the room is dark it lets you know where the exit is. Their breakfast was very nice but what caught my attention was the variety of creamer flavors and they even had sugar free jam. They had a covered patio area where smoking was allowed, however, they had mounted fans that blew the air so it never got smokey. Little details that really make a difference in one’s stay. They are remodeling the rooms so it will be even better. Very nice place to stay in Fairhope, AL.

Everyone was very friendly. The room was so clean and smelled fresh. They had a nice breakfast, but the hot food was mostly gone by 9:00am. So, if you want breakfast, go early. 😊

Noisy but Convenient

Noisy with exterior access bumped up to parking spots. You can hear loud motors cranking up and keypods beeping their cars when locking their cars. Also noisy guest outside room gathering in groups to socialize. Hotel location made it convenient to be directly across from Thomas Hospital. Continental breakfast offered a variety of breakfast items and beverages.

Cute, clean, safe & affordable

Check-in was fast & courteous. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I felt very safe here. Conveniently located to shops & restaurants. Gaps around 2 sides of doors. Desk chairs worn out and seat adjustment doesn’t hold. This hotel is in the middle of a renovation so I’m sure it will be perfect!

The Key West Inn is very clean, and staff is very friendly. It's not the newest hotel we've ever stayed in, but the bed was comfortable, it was quiet and clean. The continental breakfast was convenient, and we enjoyed our 3-day stay. We would book again and recommend to family.

Well maintained older property! Currently going through renovations before tourist season but there was no issue with noise (we were there over the weekend). Convenient, easy parking, comfortable.
