I booked this hotel, which indicated it allowed for pets. I travel with my ESD and carry documentation, but was turned away at the check in desk because “Best Western does not allow animals at all.” I have stayed at this exact location previously with no issue. Of course the stay was non refundable and I was told to go down the street to another hotel (also owned by Best Western) so that my emotional support dog could accompany me.

The breakfast included consisted of bread that was 25 days past its sell by date ( per the bag it was un), English muffins that were rock - hard, and sausages and eggs of questionable date standing in water. Just say breakfast is NOT INCLUDED. The room was spacious and clean, parking aplenty.

Spent 3 nights over 4th of July with my family and this place is exceptional. We loved the beds, so comfortable. The breakfast was delightful. Location was great.

Stay was ok but just wish in this terribly hot part of the country that the a/c could be turned on in the early afternoon so that the room could have a chance to cool by the time we arrived. It was hard to cool the room by bedtime.

No room at the inn, even though we prepaid

My family and I arrived at 10pm after a wedding and I was checked in to a room that had not been made up from the previous occupants. Bed was unmade, trash everywhere, money on the tv stand.. We walked back to the front desk and told the girl at the counter that the room was unmade and she went to see for herself. After about 10 minutes, she came back and didnt think to tell us what the solution she was working on.. After a few more moments, I had to walk over and ask her what the plan for our room was. She informed me that there were no more available rooms and that her manager was calling all over town to find us something. We were then told to drive to the outskirts of town to stay at a place that had a room available. We got to the other place and it was not the same quality or as safe as the hotel we reserved. We got checked in and we got a room that we had to rearrange the furniture to access the pull out couch for my son. There were nail holes and unfinished repairs on the walls. I'm guessing this was the room this hotel didnt use since it wasnt presentable for guests. We were pretty dissappointed all the way around that we weren't able to stay in the same location with our other family members and the hassel of the whole situation.

Everything about this hotel is really good except for the bed. It was extremely firm. Felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I wish it were more comfortable because we really liked the room and the location.

Good but needs help with cleanliness.

Overall the hotel was good but, cleanliness left some to be desired. Specifically, some other family hair on the shower wall and on the half used bottle of conditioner. Yikes.
