We were surprised at how small the rooms were particularly the bathroom. The room was quite a walk from the elevator where you had to navigate a few steps down to the wing where our room was located. Not an issue if you have no mobility issues. But it is a challenge wheeling your luggage as you do have to pick it up to go up or down these steps. The window was also dirty with bird droppings.

Street noises and lights.

The noisiest hotel room i have ever stayed in. The AC unit, the road noise outside and hall traffic. The street light right outside the window never allowed the room to be dark. I should have known when they leave a night mask and ear plugs on the bedside table. I wish i could sleep with them, but i can't.

We only stayed the night and were hoping to watch the tidal bore right outside the hotel property. Unfortunately, it didn't feel safe with a lot of unhoused people occupying the area right outside the hotel where people would view the river.

Decent stay, good breakfast. The property is a bit older but well maintained. Located within walking of the downtown area with lots of restaurants and beside the site to see the Tidal Bore.

Great base for exploring beaches in the area. Only 1hr 5min to PEI. Breakfast included was nice, but be prepared to wait awhile for a table. Kids enjoyed the pool.
