On-site you can enjoy our heated outdoor pool, our NEWLY renovated indoor pool and spa, fitness room, bbq areas, tennis courts and volleyball. The spacious lobby offers comfortable seating, fireplaces and a restaurant. Our duplex apartment is conveniently located right off the lobby overlooking the tennis courts. The unit consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with queen size sofa bed and a full bathroom on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from The Hamptons Beaches. You'll find features such as an indoor pool, a gym and 1 hot tub. The condo offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

Montauk Memories

The property is located on a hill! The view is stunning. Our condo was warm and inviting with huge windows for lots of natural light. The lobby was grand and cozy, with fire places often lit. The cute bar and restaurant was opened daily. There are two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The location is close to everything. We enjoyed walking outside daily! We LOVED it!

Hotel is great. Staff is very friendly. Room is clean. The only thing to note is that there are no windows in the bedrooms. One does have inside windows open to living room from upstairs.

wonderful week for two old college friends

We had a wonderful week and enjoyed being in this beautiful manor immensely. We strolled the grounds and caught gorgeous sunsets. The shuttle into downtown Montauk (5 mins away) allowed us to untether from our car and parking worries, and to spend time at the ocean and wandering the quaint downtown. It was the perfect spot and we would go back again.

Fantastic stay.

Our booking exceeded our expectations. Overall an amazing experience, in a beautiful location. The place was immaculately clean. Sitting at the outdoor pool felt like it could be anywhere in Europe. We went on a family vacation with our 2 children, 16 & 10. Town and beach not even a 10 mintute walk.
