An absolutely beautiful hotel close to the centre of town. Everyone there was warm and friendly. The room was well maintained, comfortable and clean. Parking was very inexpensive and very convenient. A great place overall!

The hotel is very clean and room was good. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Hotel is quite old and for my opinion it’s not a 4 stars hotel. Quite place. Breakfast was good enough. Simple Italian breakfast. Some stuff was unfriendly. They helped when I asked something . They don’t have free of charge parking.

Pas mal de charges supplémentaires cachées lors de la réservation (parking fermé mais pas surveillé 10€ par jour, prix payant par animal de compagnie 10€ par chien pour une nuit -pas de service sur mesure qui justifie ce prix) Le prix affiché et la devanture de l'hotel sont alléchants mais a la.fin du séjour ça revient cher pour ce que c'est: une quarantaine d'euros au départ pour en arriver à une centaine avec le dej et taxe de séjour élevée Petit dej très mauvaise qualité des produits, sûrement de l'industriel et surgelé. Le séjour ne vaut pas plus que 40€, pour 100 il y a sûrement mieux. Mauvais rapport qualité /prix

Buon hotel a Montecatini Terme

Hotel in posizione molto comoda per terme, teatro e il centro di Montecatini. La stanza assegnataci (228) ben arredata, letto matrimoniale costituito da 2 materassi singoli uniti, ma molto comodi, così come i cuscini. Bagno ristrutturato molto bello, doccia enorme, purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi di termosifone del bagno, ma il personale gentilissimo ha provato a risolverlo, anche se senza successo, ma può capitare. Stanza calda. Magari da rivedere un po' gli infissi, ma comunque buona. Colazione di qualità nella media, ma ottima la caffetteria fatta espressa e non con macchinette. Per essere un 4 stelle, magari dovrebbe conformarsi a una prassi abbastanza comune nel mondo delle hotellerie, ovvero far trovare una bottiglietta d'acqua di cortesia in camera, così come qualche filtro di tisana, mentre c'era solo il bellissimo servizio di porcellana per poterla fare, ma non l'elemento principale per farla!
