We had booked the family suite and were offered a single queen upon checking in. This was resolved. One of the 2 bedrooms had a very strong smell of sweat. We were offered a bottle of cleaning spray to resolve the issue.

It was a good location for our final destination. Loved the three queen beds, didn’t have to share beds with my friends. It was a clean. The people above us played music and were loud until about 1 am so that was annoying. The area wasn’t a bad area but not a great one either. Overall, a simple clean motel.

We arrived after midnight and check in was smooth. Parking was packed the first night but second night we were able to park in front of our room. Bed was really comfortable. A/C and heat worked great. Water pressure was low and towels were small and thin.

It was very clean and affordable and the beds and were very comfortable. The only issue we had was the noise ordinance was not enforced and we had some very loud neighbors late at night.

The water pressure was VERY low in the sink. Sink was dirty, the shower was dirty and had spots. The location is good and across the street from the fairgrounds. Not worth $475/night.
