It is a super convenient location. There's even a gas station in the same parking lot. Super close to Pebble Beach and nice trails too. The furnishings were surprisingly really nice, but because of what floor you are on because your window can be totally visible from the parking area.

The hotel has not been maintained well. The bathroom faucet shower leaked and the heater kept making loud clicking sounds and the windows and curtains have mold. My allergies were affected by the mold.I had two room and they both had mold on curtins and window seals

Pool and hot tub we both not working. Pool was freezing and extremely dirty. Cleaning service only made the room once in 4 night stay. Room and former guests clothes in it. Hotel looks as though it’s barely surviving.

Bargain at its best

The hotel was good, clean room with lots of space. The other guest were somewhat inconsiderate of the noise the doors make if you don’t slow them down when they close. Given the price paid I have zero complaints. Centrally located for easy moving about.

Room review and hotel review

My partner and I were pleased by the end of the stay but when we walked in the room it clean from when we walked in but when we showered there was a lot of hair in the bathtub, being from long to super short hairs…. Knowing me I cleaned it up before I showered with a towel and hot water and some soap! But everything else was pretty good. Not nice but stayable Forsure. Bed was okay too since my back was good in the morning. Front attended was really nice. He gave us a room choice on what floor and gave us the best room that they had.

There was water coming up the seams of the wood floor and I got my socks all wet when I called the front desk the sent a maintenance guy but he couldn’t do anything more than put some towels on the floor. It seemed that the A/C Heating unit had water all around it. The towels were completely soaked in no time. They offered us another room but we were checking out the next morning so it didn’t make any sense. They did say to contact Expedia for them to compensate me with a credit through Expedia. Please let me know what can be done. It was very inconvenient.
