Wall’s were paper thin could near everything. It was horrible. Room was clean. Bathroom clean. Bed comfortable. Pic is not exactly what the room is.

Very disappointed. My headboard had what look like human fecies dripping down my headboard. Room phone didnt work. Window frames are broken and really dirty. The blankets are not even blankets. Literal sheets! As well as pillow cases i thought the cases were the pillow. Towels i dont even want to get started. My soap in the shower had mens hair. All over it. Cleaning. Overall i do not recommend at all.

They didnt check us into the second room. Then when we were asleep in bed already, they called us and said were we going to come to the motel to stay at 11 pm! No coffee or milk for cereal at the "breakfast". The bathroom sink was molded.

It was good except for when I googled what time they have breakfast they said six I left at 6:17 and they had not opened up yet. That was the only reason why I had pick that place so they would have breakfast when I was leaving so early in the morning and didn’t want to stop

Parth the employee was very welcoming as I checked in for my reservation. The room, bedding & bathroom is clean. Location is convenient close to everything. My family & I stayed for the night visiting from SF to visit aquarium of the bay. Looking forward to come back here!

First of all, the place was listed as a hotel and it was a motel which was misleading. The fridge and the ac/heater were making a lot of noise which made it really hard to rest. We spoke with the staff and no one was able to solve the issue, the phone on our room was also either not working or no one ever answer our calls. Also the lighting was not great, the window curtain did not cover all the light coming through during the night time and made it very difficult to sleep. The floor was squeaking in the first floor and the second, and we could hear all the steps and noises from the people above us, overall, the place is not quiet and lots of noises around and the lighting needs improvement…

Extremely bad experience, very bad customer services, they are not interested to resolve problems for customers. Bed dirty, Bed in not good conditions for healthy stays, inside of Room dirty areas, one missing blind on Windows. Bed was in bad shape. Asked for Room change, they denied my request. Asked for Money Refund to find another hotel, they refused. NOT PAID my money back.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!

Had no hot water, they came to “fix” it and barely made a difference. Also says there was breakfast included, majority of it was “out of order” and “not available”. Sink was clogged, most of the furniture in the room was broken and/ or handles falling off of drawers. Paid $500 for 2 nights and was AWFUL. Talked to other residents and they all said this place looked NOTHING like the pictures. They show pictures of jetted bathtubs and when the lobby was asked about it they said none of their rooms had jetted tubs. All reviews on this place are paid reviews.
