The facility was very ice, updated and clean. The breakfast and breakfast staff was excellent. The food and choices great. Jay and Vanessa, the reception assistants, were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly answer any of my questions.

I was traveling with my service dog and the desk clerk teller at me across the room that I could not have her in the breakfast area. I travel all over with her and that has never been a problem. She told me this was a hotel not a restaurant and the rules were different. I am totally unaware of that and really didn’t appreciate her yelling at me in front of others in the eating area.
