Not a good hotel to go to

1. I will rate the hotel on the scale from 1-5 1 is worse abs 5 is excellent. I rate a 2. 2. Linen and spreads not up to part. 3. Need to update lining and towel items. 4. No phone in the room 5. No hangers to hung up clothes. 6. Stains and marks on the walls and need be painted and repaired. 7. Stains and mold in the best room.

Roach motel

Hotel Review: Home 1 Extended Stay, Alabama My experience at Home 1 Extended Stay in Alabama was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Upon entering the room, it was immediately clear that cleanliness and pest control were serious issues. Roaches were crawling over the bed, the TV, the stove, and throughout the bathroom. It was unsettling and made it impossible to feel safe or comfortable in the space. Although I had booked for a three-night stay, I was forced to leave and sleep in my car due to the unsanitary conditions. I reported the issue, but the infestation made it uninhabitable. The only positive aspect of this stay was the receptionist, Jazmine, who was professional, pleasant, and genuinely tried to help. She was the one bright spot in an otherwise terrible experience. I cannot recommend this hotel until major improvements are made in cleanliness and pest management. No guest should have to choose between roaches and their car.

Alternative shelter placement.

I was assigned to room 103. The door had been kicked in at some point and rehung crooked. One of the "tenants" called for help because he was placed there with no food, no way to cook food not even a coffee pot! Of course my Aunt went and bought him something to eat. An ambulance was called for him and he was removed. The towels were stained. When I asked to exchange towels I was asked to return in 30 minutes because they where washing and had no extras.

I am requesting a full refund! Could not sleep something kept biting my arms and face all night I showed my arm to guy when I checked out and told him I wanted a refund he said I am sorry??! People outside our room playing music very loud all night!
