The hotel is running a scam with the taxis that are supposed to be offering free transport to the airport. We got to the airport and were charged $16! The driver said we should have been given a waiver from the hotel front desk, no time to go back to the hotel so it ended up costing $20usd.

My first room have blood stain on the sheet and the offer to change my room ok sound good but the second room the heating is not working especially in winter. The breakfast is bald no flavour. Overall is ok but next time I will sleep somewhere else.

Staff was excellent and very friendly. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. The room was very clean and in excellent repair, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Had a great breakfast in the morning as well. The hotel itself is very close to the airport, however there didn’t seem to be a shuttle as advertised. The only downside to this property is the lack of an elevator, which wasn’t advertised clearly when we were searching for hotels. This wasn’t a problem for us, however lugging two suitcases upstairs wasn’t ideal. If someone had accessibility issues this would be very challenging. All in all, a very good stay.

Comfortable bed, The room was clean and close to the airport. The most important thing to note is that they do not use a shuttle bus but use a taxi service to transport you to the hotel. You need to call the hotel and they send a taxi. This is actually almost more convenient than the shuttle, but you don’t want to be waiting around for a shuttle and find that out later.
