No shampoo. No coffee maker in room. Bring your own water bottles as there's no cup in the room if you need to take meds. Bed is way too mushy-soft (needs replaced) Pillows are lumpy (cheap chopped foam). Thin blanket. Just the bare bones for the money.

I would not stay here again. First, the card entry system is screwed up and I had to have the night manager let me in my room both nights. Second, the shutoff valve to the toilet was turned off, so no water until I figured out to turn on the water valve. Third, they take a photo copy of your driver's license. When I asked for the copy back at checkout, the manager couldn't find it. Made me nervous for identity theft. The manager said they take a copy in case they have to call the police. What the...? Fourth, this is an older motel and the walls are very thin. You can hear the street noise from Highway 50. Fifth, the breakfast was not much more than a cup of coffee. Sixth, the AC was so loud that I turned it off to be able to sleep. My best recommendation is to tear the whole place down and start over.

The room itself was clean, but the bathroom’s overhead light was missing its cover, and there was quite a bit of dust and debris hanging down. I understand it’s an older hotel, but that maintenance issue was disappointing. Additionally, I experienced credit card fraud shortly after my stay — this was the only place I used that card during my trip, which is concerning.

The smell of stale cigarette smoke was overpowering. Sheets and blankets seemed clean but were stained. The pictures on Expedia certainly felt misleading. But, at the end of the day, there was hot water in the showers, we didn't spend a ton of money, and we were only there long enough to sleep. Could've been worse, but not much.

The staff was very nice. I felt safe. However... The windows, tub, and floor were visibly dirty, there was ONE towel total, and 1/4 roll of t-paper. I also whacked my leg on the bed frame in the dark several times as it sticks out, and there is only about five inches between the wall and the bed

Comfortable and clean

The room was very comfortable and clean. The deluxe double even had a jacuzzi tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The exterior is a little worn but everything else was great. It was the perfect accommodation to stay for a race I was in the next day. I wish I could have checked out their breakfast but had to leave too early.

Bypass if at all possible!

I guess my best way of putting it is - "How do places like this remain in business?" It's like they put makeup on a problem and tried telling you it was ok. Part of this problem is places like this are over rated by these booking companies. Outdated, over rated, uncomfortable and just not what is claimed about this place. Bypass if at all possible! Really.
