Staff was nice, room was nice, except bathroom needs paint refreshed. Air conditioner works but is missing cover of controls that tells what dial does what. I managed to figure it out. Exterior needs work. Street sign faded, stairs need refurbishing. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed here before a canoe trip down the Gunnison River the staff moved our whole party to the first floor so that we didn't have to carry coolers and all of our equipment upstairs it was awesome

Was hoping for more basics to b

The hotel is ran down, wifi did not work in the rooms further from the reception, the privacy latch was broken in our first room, the AC was missing the entire panel behind the 2 knobs, making it a total guess work, the toilets got plugged and we had to plunge it ourselves, at continental breakfast the yogourts were warm and stayed without refrigeration for 3 hrs, there was no decaf, no fruits left by 7:30am, and only white sliced bread to toast. The key cards deactivated randomly (even when isolated as instructed); for a 3 night stay, the room was done only the first morning but not the other days, without explanation. Part of the facility common room are blocked with furniture and used as living area for hotel management. There are exposed wires and outlets unprotected, holes in the walls.

07-15-25 . . . This DAY’s INN was ok, just ok. Nice people, but it is old and whilst the “new owners” are working to improve, it certainly needs more improvement. CURRENTLY, My Issue Is With HOTELS .COM . . . THEIR Customer Service Is NOT WHAT IT WAS Some Short Time Ago. We are traveling and had an issue trying to book into DURANGO. Though I Contacted them, their promise to get back to me NEVER HAPPENED ! ! ! I Am VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM . . .

It was ok but the room and property need attention. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close no covers over the lights in shower. The pool wasn’t working and that’s one reason why I picked it and it was 96 -100 degrees each day we were there.

The room was clean and it had hot water. The a/c blew very cold, a good thing. The outside needs cleaning and update. The pool is out of service. The walkways upstairs and down are dirty with dried gum in places. It needs a good cleaning. The breakfast was a joke. Bread, packaged muffins, over ripe bananas, pre-packaged single orange juice, waffle maker. I’ve stayed in 9 hotels across the country in the same price range ($120/night). This by far was the worse breakfast offering and dirtiest outside.

People in next room made noise most of night. In and out the door. Dog barking. Very poor insulation. Had a door conecting rooms. Mant cigarette butts in front of doors Pool not useable. Desk service very nice!!

Apparently, owners don't give a crap about this property, totally discussing, i thought i was in a crack house. Trash, weeds, roof (shingles) falling off. Asked the guy at the front desk, said owners don't care...wow, don't go to this place! If i didn't reserve online, I would have not stayed here.

We reached the Hotel at 12:00 am and there was no one at the front desk the hotel was closed and when we called them they asked us to drive to quality inn to pickup the keys from there very unprofessional and the manager was very very rude!

Room was clean, equipped with enough towels & linens for the 3 of us. We got in just before they close at 10pm, but the gentleman gave us a contact number if we needed anything after he left. We even received a text message from Quality Inn letting us know to text after hours if anything was needed too.

The young lady that checked us in had only worked there 3 days but was raised in the area and very informative and very knowledgeable of her job and very friendly.and the room was clean and cool and we slept well.
