The room was easily accessible with you're personalized code. The room was clean, the water was hot and had great pressure. The towels were nice and thick. I laid on the bed at 730pm after a long day hiking and fell asleep for the rest of the night. I'll stay again if I'm in the area.

We stayed at room 29 and it was really nice! Quiet and spacious. The lobby area is very well equipped. There are plans and plates to do some light cookings. The owner also offers free s’more kits!

This was such a great find. Our room was spacious, clean, and really modern. We loved the firepits and the s'mores setup! If you're looking for a place to get away that's really fun and not stuffy at all, look no further! We loved it and can't wait to get back!

The bed was comfortable and nice. The a/c was extremely loud, outside of hotel needs work, no breakfast/no option to even buy anything/coffee shop closed down, and no hair dryer in room-have to call for one. They also don’t have a front desk check in, it’s all automated. Overall not worth the price and I wouldn’t stay there again.

We loved staying here. We will stay again next time in Mount Shasta. Our room was large and supplied with really nice full-size shampoo. Conditioner, body wash and hand wash . We liked it so much we ordered some for home. Everything was well thought out and convinient. From boot warmers to racks for snowboards. This place is set up as a Basecamp for outdoor adventures. We also got lucky to be here for a 50% off sale in the office we took advantage of. Thanks for a enjoyable stay!

I liked the rustic feel to the Loge. My only complaint would be the room lighting. It was too low. My husband's complaint wasvthe lack of electrical plugs.

Gorgeous rooms, cedar ceilings, arched window, and even a hammock across the two beds! Free bike rentals, outside barbecues and picnic tables. We have dogs, and they even have an enclosed area where they can safely do their business, including baggies and a disposal bin. Most hotels rip you off with huge additional charges, but no charge here! I highly recommend this amazing place. I wish the cafe had been open when we left, but we were able to make coffee in the room. CJ was really helpful at check-in. We will definitely return!
