Luggage cart was wobbly and tires were low making transport a challenge. Hot tub area could use a table to store items and hooks to hang clothes on, Sauna was out of operation.

We thought the hotel was clean, comfortable and the breakfast really great. We will stay there again. Only negative, I arrived much later than my husband, due to flight problems. He had arranged my late arrival and a key was supposed to be waiting for me at check in. Arriving at 2 am, the person at the front desk was a little irritated, to say the least. Better communication here would improve the guest experience.

This is our 4th time staying here. The staff is wonderful and the stay is great. I think the only thing I would recommend is staying on the 2nd floor. The room we had last I could hear the movements from above of us. It wasn’t crazy but I could hear the noise. Just a suggestion. Other than that everything was great and we look forward to coming back.
