Night i checked in , there was a problem with the digital keys. My key didnt work, at all. Had to go to the desk 4 times, after the third time i was yelled at by a rude desk agent that my key should work. Another staff member came with me to my room to see that the key wasnt working, at all. Couldnt even use the elevators. When you land late in the evening and you only want to use your room, thats not fun. Also, the pillows are horrible, way too soft, not worth the price at all.
