We arrived a couple of hours early, knowing our room may not be ready. I told her what room we were staying in. The clerk didnt offer to rush cleaning the room, or even to call when the room was ready. This is a very small town hotel, and i expected better service. I even mentioned I would be sleeping in my rental car until the room was ready. I expected more kindness, not indifference.

We were able to get a room, last minute which was great. It had all we needed. Loved our deck with chairs as the wether got pleasant. All day coffee, tea and cocoa was nice. The continental breakfast had nice variety. I enjoyed it very much. Staff was helpful. We were in a pickle and your hotel was very convenient for us. Thank you.

Not sure if my room was an upgrade but was surprised to find it had a large jacuzzi tub and a fireplace. The room was nice enough. Not luxurious but cozy. The only thing I didn’t like was I had a second floor room and they don’t have elevators. Would not do for anyone with mobility issues. They do have a ramp they can accommodate mobility issues on the first floor.
