HVAC systems did not work well in room, hard to regulate temperature. Bed was too soft. Breakfast was good.

Very mediocre stay. Bed not very comfortable. Breakfast not great. Coffee from a machine was disgusting. Didn’t even taste like coffee. Had to go to Starbucks to buy one

I finally got a nap in the daytime for someone to repeatedly ring my room. This wasn't the hotel's fault, stuff happens. The AC was set to 62° the first day, at 2 am I had to have staff fix it. It was hotter in the room than the hall when I went to the front for help.
