Ocean View room:
Beach themed QUEEN size bed, with step stool. new large pillow sofa, 50 " Fire TV (streaming services available) with PS4 Game attached or relax and enjoy the beach view from the full height side window. Closet has iron with ironing board also.

Telework:
We have your remote office support covered, free WiFi included, great comfortable glass office desk. If your laptop screen is too small, we have a complimentary 24" Monitor available for use, HDMI cable provided.
Bathroom:
Two bathrooms with connected shower tub room, has Tile Feature walls, new faucets, new push button style toilets and touch less soap dispensers. Extra storage space and door hangers for your wet garments.
The shower has high flow massaging shower head, with body spray. Additional lighting, liquid soap and shampoo dispenser included.

Newly Remodeled Landmark resort is historically known for its many resort features. Condo Guest can access all Landmark Resort water amenities located in the main building. Includes approximately 10 bodies of water, heated pools, and hot tubs along with access to the Sauna. The inside pools and hot tubs allows year round access.
Direct access to the beach.
Resort includes coin laundry access and workout center.

-Only PAYING and AUTHORIZED GUEST are allowed to SLEEPOVER in the suite. Evidence of unauthorized guests in the unit will result in an additional charge of $100 per person per night. Please be sure to notify us if additional guests will be joining you.

-This is a non-smoking suite, balcony included. Any evidence of smoking (Smell of TOBACCO of ANY FORM, smoke in condo and furniture, ashes, burns and buds ETC) will result in an additional cleaning charge of $500.00.

-This is NOT a Hotel Room but a privately owned Condo. This is our home, please reserve the rights to leave it like you arrived and respect our home.

-Per Resort Rules quiet time is 11pm-6am. Please be mindful of other resort guests. If resort rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave per the Resorts rules.

- No House Parties, No Large gatherings and No Loud Music. You will be Evicted from property.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.

Travelers must cancel by 11:59pm on the cut-off day (30 days prior to check in) to receive a refund. All times are specific to your property's time zone.*
