We did not get our room cleaned the whole time we were there. They said that we had to request it, so then we did and still never got the room cleaned. We got new towels and they took out trash after us hounding them about it. Room smelled like musty/ mold. Not too great.

I overall had a great time staying there. I only would say, I think the breakfast food should be upgraded, and they need to upgrade the rooms. The rooms are nice but they need to be upgraded.

The room service was terrible we had to ask every day for clean towels never after the first night did we get pool towels. We emptied our own garbage everyday because no one came to clean the room we had to ask for a broom and dust pan to clean our room. They never replaced our shampoos and body cleanser as well as toiletries.

This property was billed as "hotel" but is actually just apartments managed by this hotel . The result is different levels of cleanliness (we had two rooms). The front desk is not much help.

Check in was easy. The room was as expected for the price. The pools were clean amd well stocked with available seating any time of day. During our stay the 4 elevators weren't functioning properly and at times there was a 30+ minute wait to catch one. Stairs were fine,but 10 floors in the heat of August was a bit much. We didnt partake of the breakfast but it seemed like a popular location for families. Beach access was a breeze as well.
