The property had a small lazy river, kiddie pool and 2 pools and 3 hot tubs. A lifeguard on that section of beach was great.The kitchen unit in our room was nice.The staff brought around fresh towels every day. Things not so great- breakfast, the bed was lumpy, the tub was either very dirty or stained and leaked constantly, the balcony door was difficult to open or close, and there was a stain on our bed sheets. When I told them about the issues, they did not do anything about them or give us a discount. The parking in the parking garage was difficult unless you had a small car.

Pros: if you arrive early you can contact them for pre registration. This will get you access to their amenities (pool, parking, snack shack, beach access) immediately. I love that you didnt have to go through a lobby to get to your room. Breakfast was good. The woman working at the snack shack was really friendly. They make themselves available through text during your stay. Very convenient for quick questions. To check out all you have to do is leave your key cards and pool bands and text out. No need to go to the lobby. Cons: weed smell EVERYWHERE. pool, parking deck, hallways, and always there when you try to open the door to enjoy the room balcony. Tight parking Housekeeping. The first day afyer checking in was fine, traah changed, fresh towels and tp. The second day, no new tp. Had to go to the lobby to ask for some. Third day, new towels thrown on bathroom sink but tp wasnt replenished and trash wasn't taken out. We had to find garbage cans in the hallway and parking decks to dump our own trash. Room doors slam shut. This may be nice to make sure theure closed but disruptive if youre trying to rest and neighbors are coming and going. No complimentary coffee. And what is supplied for breakfast doesn't include creamer so bring your own.

When I walked in my room it was a dirty towel on my bed .. then in the oven there where a lot of dirty dishes ,, then a storm come and a chair hits me while I’m in the pool and then they shut down the pool all day

When we arrived the room we had was terrible. Hair was in tub and in refrigerator, walls was dirty. Along the side the air conditioner the wall was damaged and looked to have water damage. We want down to ask for another room when a customer brought her linen with bed bug. We had to look at 3 rooms before we found one that was decent.

Nice room, not so nice amenities

We loved the room. Only issues were the bathroom sink had little to no water pressure. Our 2nd day there we wanted chairs & umbrella on the beach @ about 3:00 & they couldn’t accommodate us! They sad it was too late to do the rental! I was very disappointed at that. The weather was beautiful & 3:00 was not a late time to enjoy the beach after us going to other places to enjoy our bike rides. The 1st & 2nd days, the shack w/snacks & cocktails was not available so that was another disappointment for us.

The staff was super helpful. Oliver was a real life angel as he was able to get a beach wheelchair delivered to use for my 83 yr old grandmother. We had called around but had no idea what we were doing and it was her first time ever being at the beach and she was not doing great so he helped get the chair so that we could focus more on spending quality time with her. The level of helpful that was for us was amazing. I will never forget that. The rooms were clean and comfy and usable with the kitchen. The views were amazing and I'm really glad this was the place we got for this experience.

Everything with our stay was excellent. We have no complaints whatsoever. The breakfast was delicious and the lady that works at the breakfast area was a sweet lady. The room was just as pictured on the website very spacious. The pool and hot tub was nice and while we didn't enter the other features i did see them and they did seem nice as well. Checking in and out were quick and easy and took no time. Parking is actually contained within the building itself which makes it very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and will be back

Had a wonderful stay and will look to try to get in next vacation! Warning about parking! Its a tight parking garage that is 8 levels. Makes a bit of a roller coaster ride! A bit shocking if you dont expect it!
