I don't usually give five stars, but this was a true lovely experience. We arrived at about 3 PM, the hotel had text me a few times to ask of my arrival. I requested a little bit early of a check-in, was a little in shock that the room wasn't ready when we got there. In the past, I've checked in places at noon and 1 PM, but I let that go. We had to scramble to be able to change to go enjoy the sunshine, but soon after our room was ready. We had a king bed with a pullout sofa. The room was beautiful, clean, new, the bathroom was large and updated. My only complaint about the hotel is when I checked in they didn't tell us about the breakfast in the morning nor that the hotel provided a shuttle to the beach, we found out about that on our own. It's in close proximity to fifth Avenue literally steps away so we were essentially located. I would definitely stay here again. I loved it. It's quaintness, and Jeff, who is part of the staff, he is wonderful. The little continental breakfast they offer in the morning has amazing large fresh muffins, donuts, egg sandwiches, pretty much a very nice selection. I forgot the gentleman's name that ran it, but he was so friendly and sweet. Everybody that works there is very sweet. A wonderful staff for sure! Our room was cleaned every morning early, I could not ask for more.

The staff was nice but they didn’t go over a beyond line other reviews. The rooms were very clean but reminded me up and upscale Hampton Inn. The pool had a weird smell and was small. There was no define at the pool for drink or food, they only had towels available. The overall hotel was okay. The best part was the driver available to take you anywhere within 1mild, he was super helpful and quick and they also provide you towels and chairs if you want to go to the beach. If you’re staying there for the location and being able to use the driver, that was the best part. The hotel itself was just okay in my opinion. If it was $100-200 cheaper a night I would go back but not for the price I paid.

The best thing about the hotel was its location, and it was really comfortable and high-quality. The room and staff were both excellent. I'd either get rid of breakfast or improve it—it's pretty bad. Another negative: the hotel hits you with a charge of over $88 for services I didn't even need. When it comes to recommending it, I'd have to think twice. I think there are better options out there.
