Not worth the price

The hotel is beautiful but they tax you to death. They tax the parking , the 28% resort fee is taxes . They also charge you for the resort perks. The restaurants / bars weren’t open at 4pm on Saturday which left only 1 bar for a really large hotel.

Beautiful but pricy

The hotel was decorated for Christmas so beautifully. All staff was wonderful. It was pricy, but worth it for a special treat. We also saw For King and Country and that was amazing !!

We requested a room in the Cascades, which ended up not being available and was put in Magnolia instead, which was still very pretty, not disappointed. The refrigerator in the room did not work upon arrival, but spontaneously began working the next morning.

We arrived on Good Friday. It took 2 hours from exit ramp to get to hotel. No parking available near hotel. Not good direction about where to find parking. Room was Ok. Price very steep for services offered

The place is amazing and they have people standing around to help you if you need it which we did which was super helpful. Mexican restaurant food was not good. Room was great but the pillows gave me neck pain. The shower is awesome, the water pressure being great. The bath products smelled so good too. It was a pricey stay but it was my birthday and a special occasion. Wish we could have stayed longer to experience everything. We were there for a Grand Ole Opry concert and shuttle service was available which was great because it was so cold out.
