This hotel property is HUGE . The room we had was dated & not the cleanest, especially for the exorbitantly high price per night! The property itself was nice, but everything is a very long walk. Positives were the fresh, extensive breakfast buffet & shuttle Service to Opryland .

Beautiful property- high activity sort of like a Disney resort. Landscaping was stunning. Waitstaff lovely especially Natalie and kelly at Ravello. Almost walked out due to impolite manager but glad we ate at the bar and stayed.

The hotel itself and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I understand with how nice and big the hotel is the price of it but then to charge $37 a night for parking is over the top in my opinion not to mention constant resort fees on top of everything.

It was terrible if you going to stay one night it's not worth it. We got there a 5 to check in an then had a show to attend so we didn't get back until 12 everything was closed an there where cleaning so we couldn't do nothing but go to sleep. Get up early to take my son to the sound waves but it didn't open until 10 and we had to check out at 11 an the sound waves was extra not included so we had to use the guest pool for about 30 minutes then head to check out no food was included it just sucked an it cost me 387 dollars we should have slept in the car never again. It was my second time coming there don't know if I'll ever go back thanks.

The property was in excellent condition all around. It is definitely more family oriented than adult for me now. My kids are all grown up. If my kids were young it would have been perfect. Maybe when we have grandchildren we will go back.
