Fun property with everything under one roof. Neat vibe with the atrium and water. Disappointing part was the price for all the food vendors and the water park. There’s just no reason to charge so much. Concierge desk folks were awesome and the front desk was very accommodating with a hiccup we had with the breakfast buffet vouchers. Excellent service.

This is my 5th time to stay on this property since the 1970s. I love the amenities and convenience to the Grand Ole Opry. I’d prefer rooms in Delta or Conservatory due to walking distance and noise.

The hotel was truly stunning. The atrium was unlike any other hotel I've visited. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We'll be visiting again, for sure.

I had to call IT tech support multiple times while in the room. Only had 4 G without hotel internet, and hotel internet would not keep me logged in. When I got up the next morning to take a shower, there was an open bar of soap in the shower that had been left from previous guest with pubic hairs on it. I felt that paying a large sum of money for a room i would have a better experience
