The location of the property was really convenient, the staff in hotel were friendly. The restaurant and bar staff were really good. Big draw back the noise every night in the parking lot below was unbearable some sort of construction went on all 3 nights we were there, starting about 2 AM lasting till 6AM. trucks backup beeping, horns blaring, pipes being dropped onto the concrete. We specifically chose that location to be away from the noise of the main street, that would have been better than what we experienced.

While the location of the hotel was great and the staff friendly, we booked this hotel under the impression the pool was heated and the rooftop bar would be opened. It was NOT heated and the bar was not opened during our stay. We even called two weeks before our stay and asked the hotel to confirm. We paid a daily resort fee which seemed unfair considering it didn't give us any perks. The first night we stayed on the 5th floor on the front side of the hotel. It was so noisy we didn't fall asleep until around 4am. You can hear every single car, police, fire truck, motorcycle, people laughing/talking etc. We asked the second day to move to a quieter room as there was no way we could go three nights in a row with no sleep. While the staff was friendly it was not worth what we paid when other hotels had more to offer. The roof top pool was also in dire need of maintenance. The flower pots were crumbling and falling apart the outdoor furniture had seem better days.

The location was nice. Nothing else about the hotel was appealing. There are so maybe nicer hotels in Nashville. This one was very old. Had water damage to the ceiling that was being repaired in the lobby, they were trying to replace the carpet too but even with these things the hotel was very old and dark and dingy. One day we didn’t get service in the room until we got back to change after 5 pm. The pool was cute but cold and not nearly enough seats. We had to make shift a spot on the floor. Drinks in Nashville are all being pour measured and are very expensive. $16-$35 / drink.

Great Hotel and location

2nd time staying for a concert in the last year. Both times have been very easy to check in and check out. Valet is very friendly and easy to deal with. We have had nothing but good experiences in both stays.
