Super cool hotel in a great location. The issue was loud construction began every morning at 6:30 am ruining our time. Bartenders were awesome! I’d just check on construction unless you’re ok with waking up super early to loud noise.

The employees…personal attention is great. The bed, pillows and shower are the best! BUT…the noise from the air conditioner/fan is absolutely a problem. I had to turn it off or not sleep. By morning it was quite warm. It may be a deal breaker.

We were unaware that unless you wanted to carry luggage for half a mile or more to park, valet was only option and cost was ungodly and tips and fees was enough for another nights stay. Destination fee that was $45 for 2 bottles water a night and Expedia had made me aware that I had Silver extras for stay and was not recognized at the property.

The staff AAAAA++++ super nice and friendly and extremely helpful!!! Room was small but very clean. If you’re looking for a pool this isn’t your place . The pool is small and open to the public, which isn’t something we knew going in.

Beautiful property and staff was very helpful. The pool on the roof could use some extra lounge chairs and umbrellas but overall, we really enjoyed the stay and convenient location as we could walk to the downtown area and the Frist Museum.
