Navarre is our happy place

We have stayed in this condo several times so overall we enjoy it. Kitchen isn't stocked as well as the other 2 units we rented and the mattresses aren't super great, but it's a nice unit. This is the 2nd year the dryer stained clothing. We let them know last year that it rusted some clothes and sent someone out and replaced just the drum. My brother-in-law has some knowledge in this and he let them know it wasn't going to do the trick and sure enough, it put rust stains on some of our clothes again this year. All in all - it's a good place.

Salt Water (Mgt Co.) ruined "upscale" part of our stay

If it wasn't for the Salt Water management company, I would give this place a 3.5-4 stars. The overall rating is 2-star b/c we will NEVER stay at another SW property again. The beach is amazing! The area was away from the crowds, which is what we were seeking. The unit, as outdated and in desperate needs of updates, was still clean. BUT that is all I can say that was positive about our 6 night stay in Navarre. We asked for an early check (which of course came with a fee but agreed to pay only based upon us getting in 4 hours earlier) After the lack of communication, and the overcharge I now see on my CC for 2 hours early - this was a complete rip off! Then upon entry we were welcomed into our 2b/2bth, 3 sink unit with no hand soap, no tissue, one toilet roll per bathroom, one measly paper towel roll in the kitchen, 2 garbage bags, 2 laundry pods and stained blankets and sheets. When I contacted the Salt Water co. about this- they referenced some page and deep section #19 in the check-in agreement that I hastily signed online after flying across cross country on a red-eye flight that stated that they only provided enough "supplies for ONE night". Then the sink was clogged, which I submitted a maintenance ticket via their portal and apparently that went nowhere for 2 days until I contacted them again. For the amount that I paid for this, and after staying in well-stocked rentals from Palm Springs to Myrtle beach to Malta to Paris- this was the MOST unpleasant!

We love Navarre Towers. Great location on the beach. We have stayed in several units over the years. This one was nice but has old appliances and toilets. Wifi was not good. All else was very good. We had a great time.

Nicer than any other we've stayed in!

This unit had everything we could've asked for or needed! We've stayed in various locations in Navarre Towers for the last 20 years and this condo has been, by far, the best one we've stayed in. Now that we can no longer leave our beach items outside the door, having access to the storage unit was HUGE!!! We have between 3 and 4 units in Navarre Towers every year and none of the others allow us to use this storage area. Thank you! Appreciate the welcome basket and the extra attention to details in decorating and supplying the condo! We definitely want to rent this one again!

We enjoyed the condo and had stayed in this unit before. One negative was that the master bathroom , I.e., toilet base had old dried urine on it. This was on the side nearest the tub. I didn’t see it until I was in the tub. (FYI- my husband used the hall bath). That kind of gave me the creeps. Other and most annoying negative in addition to the Bath was the drilling/ outdoor repairs, which was a two day nightmare. We could not stay in the unit while work was in progress on our balcony. Deafening!!! I would appreciate some form/concession of reimbursement for those two days. The work started at 7:30 and ended around 4/5pm. Jackhammers are LOUD!! In all fairness, we warned that repairs were in process for the entire building…but not really expecting it to be an issue with such a large facility. However, that certainly was not the case.

Nice condo on Navarre beach

We love Navarre Beach for the relaxed atmosphere. This complex is in a great location on the beach if you like low crowds. Condo was in good shape. The showers could be better but overall a fine place to stay in my favorite beach community

Navarre Towers 902

Door lock code stopped working and had to wait on maintenance person to bring master key. Code to beach access door was given to us wrong. We were given 412 as the code, but 214 was actually the code that would work. Got that # from another guest. Been staying here for years and first issues we have ever had.

The condo was very nice and we would stay there again. One small issue was that the tile floors were really dirty. My husband’s white socks are no longer white. I wore flip flops :). A little better cleaning would be a OK.
