Great hotel

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I am a very light sleeper and I heard no noise plus the room had the best window covering that completely blocked out all the light.

Might stay there again

The room was nice. It was extremely cold during our stay, but the room was kept very comfortable with the heater. The description of amenities included breakfast, however the coffee was not very good. they only had cold cereal, waffles and bread/bagels. There was some yogurt in the small fridge and apple and orange juice. There was no protein at all. All the staff were very nice and accommodating and the elevator was functional. There are a lot of options for dining, in this particular area.

Room was clean but the heat wall unit had cold air blowing in. It was cold out. We don’t like the noise from these units when trying to sleep so we turn them off. I reported the problem to staff in the morning. That was the only issue. We liked the room and it was clean, quiet & the bed was comfy.,

Nice property in the middle of new braunfels. Staff is very nice, , rooms very clean, bathrooms and showers great. Coffee machine at breakfast station is good and available 24/7.
