First room I was assigned, the a.c. was not working. The staff was quick to get me another room that was plenty cool and comfortable. Room was nice. Phone didn’t work as they built a cabinet over the outlet but - minor detail. Elevator felt like it was on its last leg. Overall, breakfast was good, room was nice and I enjoyed my stay.

It was a good stay. Friendly staff at check-in with someone in training. They paid close attention to my reservation and made sure everything was right. Forgot my tooth brush but they weren’t any available at the front so a little bummed about that. Having coffee available was nice but they didn’t have a water dispenser with lemons/limes to where you could have a fresh cup like other Hampton Inns I’ve been in. Breakfast was good. Pretty average foods were out but enough to fill you up. Overall good stay, and would come back.

Because of Expedia, they put us in their cheapest room that was made for the handicapped people, confirmed by their staff. No standard shower, no hand soap, bad plumbing, clogged sink. Taking a shower was extremely challenging and because the shower are area no door or curtain, water spilled and spreaded all over the restroom floor making it highly unsafe. No more Expedia for us.
