Expedia had double booked me for the same room , when i found out about this at the hotel , i immediately had the clerk cancel the double booking. Yet i was still debited the booking for that which was canceled. Not happy over this. Expedia gets one one more chance, happens again, i will cancel my business with them

Staff were quick and friendly. Location wasn’t bad at all. Room was clean for the most part .. it was little things like a few pieces of hair and dust on the tub that made me to believe it wasn’t clean (I cleaned it myself with the supplies I had in my trunk due to my child needing to shower and sleep for a early morning) and a lot of dust and trash behind the towel holder. Other than that the room was fine and you get what you pay for honestly. If I ever had another emergency/ last min stay I would book again if I had to.

I felt very uneasy from the moment I arrived at this motel. The picture you see make it look much nicer than it is. It is pretty old and very ran down. I was traveling with my husband and my sister but if I were alone or was a single mom with kids would have left immediately and found another place. The room was presentable and appeared to be have been cleaned. The AC was amazing. That is the best thing about the place, however, the actual unit needed to be cleaned. It was covered in dust and dirt. The door to our room appeared to have been kicked in at some point the damaged was very badly repaired. The mattress was very uncomfortable. There was a cockroach in our bathroom above the shower. The only good thing is that it did not move. It was in a position that we could not get a good angel to kill it so we just kept checking on it and it was in the same position every time we looked. It was still there the next morning. I think maybe it was dying so at least they have some good spray they are using. The pool did look very well maintained and clean. This was not worth $150.00 a night. This should not have cost more than $75.00 at most.

First of all, there were cigarette holes in my sheets, which were also stained, the room clearly is not sealed properly because the floor was sticky from condensation, the bath tub was dirty, the phone, which didn't work by the way, was dirty. There was no hair drier, no iron, not a single adult sized towel to be had, no mini shampoo or conditioner, the bed was so thin that when I sat on it I could feel every spring. I checked out pretty soon after checking in and went somewhere else. What a horrible experience. Also charging people $20 specifically in cash, to check in early, when your check in is at 3pm but the rooms are already ready is not only sketchy but honestly a scummy thing to do
