Left Milwaukee at 3:30 and did not get to the hotel till seven because all the roads were blocked due to flooding. would’ve appreciated a call or email from the property for a heads up. once we got to the property, staff was friendly room was clean, but there was no hot water and no restaurants were open again. A heads up would’ve been great but the no hot water issue would have had us canceling and was extremely inconvenient and a disappointment to not be able to use the hot tub in our room.

The city of New London was flooded, and we were unable to reach the hotel because the entire north side of the city was closed. Despite the circumstances being completely beyond our control, the property manager refused to refund our two-night stay. Very disappointing customer service and lack of understanding during an emergency situation.
