My only problem was not with this property but with Expedia who screwed up my reservation and when I went to check in they said they didn't have a reservation for me. I had my written confirmation and they checked me in saying they would research the problem to see what happened. Turned out that Expedia had booked dates different from what was on my confirmation. That is very stressful.

Great location in French Quarter, shares rec facilities with Hotel Monteleone , loved our own private patio. Room AC cold and quiet. There is train noise early mornings.

Overpriced for what you get….simply paying for the location. Room was clean but not what I consider a “deluxe king”. The floors creaked, the bathroom was tiny and the walls were very thin. The staff was not super helpful and thru charge for a late checkout and will not let you pay to leave your car parked past checkout. So ridiculous- for what we paid for the room, an hour late check out should not have been an issue. Definitely will not be back here. Plenty of other hotels in the area with a good location as well, with better service.

I enjoyed the lovely balcony on the room and the excellent location. The toilet in our bathroom struggled to work (never did) and the hallways were a bit tired in appearance, but decent trade offs for location.

Great choice!

Loved this small hotel with a great location and very quiet. Recently renovated, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Each room has a large patio area in front of the room.

I love this hotel! It was so beautiful and the decor and design was so charming and unique! The location was absolutely perfect because everything was within walking distance! No need to drive or take the trolley anywhere. I will definitely stay here again!

We would rate our stay excellent except for one thing: there was a racket from the locked doors next to the ice machine on the second floor which we could easily hear in our room down the hall. At night we stuffed pillows in the crack under the door and that made it more tolerable, but the desk person simply told us "Oh it's been that way for a year now." We definitely think it is time to fix the noise. Everything else was super, and it was very conveniently situated for all that we wanted to do.

Not like 2020

Beinvile House is our goto stay in Mew Orleans. We love the boutique feel and the sumptuous linens on the bed and in the bath. A little disappointed that the p courtyard pool is no longer heated and that continemtal breakfast is no longer provided. Both were generous offerings to weary travelers and morning after French Quarter reveling. We will be back but miss the nice touches!

Great location. Cool, old building. Quaint. Elevator in lobby always there and door open when I came in - very cool. Coffee in lobby is a nice touch, but ran out around 9:15 each day and wasn’t refilled.

This was a very convenient location when attending the French Quarter Fest. Although we were in the middle of the the festival and accross from the fire station, the noise was not a problem when the balcony doors were closed. The room was cleaned daily during our 6 day stay, we had to consistently request towels as they took the used ones and did not leave new. The bar/restaraunt was nice but rarely open.

Ultimate in location

The Bienville House was a great choice for the French Quarter Festival. The location couldn't have been better as we could walk to everything! Highly recommend. Hotel itself was charming and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Property is in the heart of the French Quarter and we were worried it would be loud, however, we had an interior room and did not hear any noise. The hotel was clean and felt cozy. The restaurant was small but served delicious food. Within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Was not disappointed with this choice!
