Loved the location, hotel was really nice. Happy to have a room overlooking the pool much quieter than the street views. A non smoking hotel, disappointed that guests chose to smoke on the balcony.

Hotel is excellent and right in the middle of the Bourbon Street crazy! We had a room facing Bourbon and was surprised at how well the noise was blocked out!!! Staff were friendly and helpful!!

The property was a great location and beautiful. I would not suggest staying on Toulouse or bourbon on the weekend. There is no noise proofing at the hotel so you are hearing yelling, cop sirens and partying until 4am. I would suggest a courtyard room maybe it would be less noisy at night.

The building was lovely, the staff very friendly and pleasant and the pool was well-maintained and nice. The room wasn't cleaned the whole weekend which they warned me about at checkin. Because of the location, it was LOUD until about 3am both Friday and Saturday. If you're traveling with small kids you might want to pick a different place. I didn't feel great about safety walking back to the hotel with my 12-year-old but would be a great location if you came without kids to celebrate.

The stay was amazing minus the fact that I did have to get moved because I had no hot water and they could not fix it and also there in the new room their was this loud banging noise that sounded like a bowliing ball rolling that woke me up at 7am each day.
