The Hotel was very modern and super clean. You do have to pay for parking which is expected unless you find free parking on the street. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel throughout the French quarters. I definitely would stay here again when I come back to visit.

The property was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. Our suite was spectacular and the views were exactly what we wanted. It’s close to everything, yet safe and quiet. And the staff went above and beyond to help us give us information and cater to our every need. We will definitely be staying there again when we go back to The Big Easy! Lovely hotel. Only criticism is you have to request to have your room made up by 10am. We overslept. Would appreciate being able to request it at check in. Overall, delighted with the stay.

I stayed at the One11 hotel for 4 nights, the staff was very accommodating when we had an issue with the smell of our sheets in our room. We called the front desk to ask for the sheets to be changed when housekeeping came the next day and they immediately changed our room so that we didn’t have to sleep on the smelly bedding. Unfortunately in the next room after one night that bedding also had a smell as if they weren’t dried throughly as well. It may be time to swap out the bedding in the hotel. The hotel was very nice otherwise and the staff was very accommodating

The hotel was very clean. The staff needs to be more attentive to their guests and their needs. I noticed that the staff were preoccupied with everything other than the guest. That shouldn’t be the case. I love the quaint, comfortable hotel. It’s in walking distance of everything. The food was great! However the continental breakfast should be warm not cold. Also the furniture by the pool needs updating and so does the roof top furniture. I am suggesting that the hotel have some activities, game nights, etc, Also, the beds hold be more comfortable and all rooms should be cleaned in the mornings.

Everything was really amazing! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean & friendly staff. We slept like babies! One thing that was a bummer was the parking white we had to pay for and it was quit expensive. But seriously beautiful! Walking distance to everything!

Nice but beware of parking!

Wonderful hotel BUT no parking! I had to pay $66 a day. I mean, can't they work something out with the city and get us a promo code if we staying there? Again, really nice stay but the parking ruined it.
