The staff was nice and it was a very clean environment. It is centrally located and easy to get to other stores. The only complaints that I have is that the pool wasn’t always available during the designated hours, and there’s a loud train the runs directly behind the building, it woke me up at 3-4 am every night.

The restroom door has huge gap and frosted glass shower offers no privacy at all. If you are traveling with family this is a problem. No valet parking. You have to pay $66 or more for overnight parking and the hotel does not compensate. The hotel charges a $100 deposit for accidentals when you check in.

So many great things to say about this stay. We got in earlier than check in allowed but the receptionist was able to get us in our rooms 4 hours early. It was clean, felt luxe and the free breakfast had great options. Staff was great and vibes were there.

Place is beautiful and just out of the hustle of bourbon St but close enough to easily walk to it. Only issue is there is no hotel parking. 66 dollars for 24hr parking and lot is next to hotel

Overall hotel was placed in a very convenient location. Parking was available but with a cost of $60-$65 for every 24hrs. Otherwise, we were able to walk the French Quarter and enjoy all the scenery!

Staying at ONE11 Hotel was an incredible experience from start to finish. Tucked away in a quieter part of the French Quarter, this boutique hotel offers a perfect balance of modern luxury and historic charm. The building itself has a rich history, but everything inside feels fresh, upscale, and thoughtfully designed. Still close to Bourbon Street and other top attractions. Great service and a perfect mix of luxury and location. Highly recommend!
